By the present application, Applicant is seeking bail in connection with C.R. No.47 of 2017, registered with Mandangad Police Station, Ratnagiri.

The Applicant was arrested on 03.11.2017.

After having heard the matter for some time, Ms. Anamika Malhotra, learned APP for the State, on instructions, makes a statement that the Trial has progressed substantially, and as a matter of fact, on 16.06.2025 statement of the Accused has been
29-ba-800-2025.doc recorded under Section 313 of the Cr. P.C. She states that matter is now fixed for final arguments on 27.06.2025, as such she submits that the trial would be concluded at the earliest. 5.
Mr. Abhishek Khare, learned Advocate for the Applicant does not dispute the fact that the matter is now fixed on 27.06.2025 for final arguments.

In view of the fact that the trial has progressed and the Sessions Case No.4 of 2018 on the file of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Khed, is pending for final hearing arguments, it would be appropriate that the Applicant awaits the decision on merits.

In view of the above, no case is made out to entertain the present application.

Considering the Sessions Case pending before the Additional Sessions Judge is of the year 2018, and the matter being fixed for final arguments, learned Additional Sessions Judge, Khed is requested to dispose of the said Sessions Case No.4 of 2018 at the earliest, and preferably within a period of two months from today. 9.
Applicant shall place this order before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Khed.

Criminal Bail Application No.800 of 2025 is disposed of in the above said terms.
