NEELA GOKHALE, J DATED : 12th SEPTEMBER, 2025 P.C:- Mr.Mukte, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 states that he has not been served with the copy of the Bail Application with annexures. By order dated 23/4/2025, this Court had directed the counsel for the applicant to serve the respondent no.2 a copy of the Bail Application. Yet the same has not been given to him till date.

Even today, none appears for the applicant. As a last opportunity and by way of indulgence, stand over to 13/10/2025.
