Heard Mr. Sachin Nangare, learned Advocate for the Applicants. He has circulated a praecipe of today's date for speaking to the minutes of order dated 5th August 2025. He points out to the typographical errors in the said order passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 809 of 2025. He submits that there are two Applicants in the said Bail Application, which is evident from the cause-title. He submits that in the entire body of the said order, reference to the 'Applicants' is made as 'Applicant'. He therefore seeks correction of the said error to the extent that whereever the word 'Applicant' has been referred, the same may be corrected to the 'Applicants' in the entire order.

In view of the above, the corrections in the order dated 5th August 2025 be carried out to substitute the word 'Applicant' by 'Applicants' in paragraph nos. 2, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 9(a) to (d). 4.

Order dated 5th August 2025 be corrected accordingly and the corrected copy of the said order be uploaded on the official website of this Court.

Rest of the order remains unaltered.

Praecipe is allowed and disposed of.
