By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for bail in Crime No. 248 of 2020, registered with M.G. Police Station, Miraj, Sangli for offence punishable under Section 307, 341, 323, 143, 144, 147, 148, 149, 120(B), 385, 387, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 r/w. 25 of the Arms Act and under section 3(1) (ii), 3(2), 3(4) of the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act, 1999.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr. Pawar, learned Advocate for the Applicant fairly points out to the order dated 9th August, 2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 826 of 2024. He submits that the Applicant has instructed him to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh application before the learned Trial Court, at the first instance in terms of the liberty granted by order dated 9th August, 2024 in Criminal Bail Application No. 826 of 2024. Statement accepted. Leave granted.

In view of the above, the Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh bail application before the learned Trial Court. In the event, any application is filed by the Applicant before the learned Trial Court, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
