This is the second Bail Application. While disposing of Bail Application No.1039 of 2023 vide order dated 31.01.2024, this Court (Coram : N. J. Jamadar, J.) has directed trial to be expedited. 3.

Ms. Yerra would submit that despite passage of one year, no charge has been framed and matter is at a stand still. 4.

Prosecution shall apprise this Court the status stand in event if the trial is not commenced, this matter will be taken up for hearing in view of the long incarceration of Applicant since 23.06.2022. 5.

Stand over to 12th March, 2025.
