Applicant is a young offender of 21 years of age and is in incarceration for 2 years for being apprehended in possession of alleged contraband of 60 grams of Mephedrone. 3.

He is arraigned as Accused No.6, on information disclosed by Accused No.3 and was found present at the incident spot where he was apprehended alongwith Accused No.5. Considering his long incarceration of 2 years, prosecution shall apprise the Court about the status of the trial on the next adjourned date. 4.
