Heard Mr. Shaikh, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Yadav, learned APP for Respondent.

Applicant is indicted under Sections 143 (1), 143(3), 143(4), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 81 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. 3.

Mr. Shaikh would fairly submit that there is one antecedent of Applicant in another offence but in so far the present case is concerned, save and except statement of co-accused, there is no other material which is placed on record by prosecution for indicting and apprehending the Applicant. Applicant is arrested since 02.09.2024. 4.

Ms. Yadav, learned APP would submit that she would take appropriate instructions and apprise the Court on the next adjourned
