Applicant is indicted under provisions of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short 'POCSO'). It is seen that Applicant has not impleaded the victim / legal guardian of victim as Respondent. Hence, Applicant is directed to implead victim / legal guardian of victim as party through the Senior Inspector of Police, Bandra Police Station as Respondent No.2. Amendment is permitted to be carried out within a period of one week from today.
