At the very outset, Ms. Manisha Tidke, learned APP representing the State, on instructions, states that the trial in the present C.R. has already commenced. She states that one witness, i.e. the Complainant has already been examined and the second witness is the victim's mother.

Mr. Ramnik Pawar, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, however, submits that the PW-2 (victim's mother) is avoiding to attend the trial and depose before the Trial Court for the past two dates.

In these circumstances, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and preferably conclude the same within a period of six months from the date on which this order is placed before it.

In these circumstances, Mr. Ramnik Pawar seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh bail application after a period of six months, if the trial does not progress substantially. Permission to withdraw is granted with the aforesaid liberty. 5.
