The learned counsel appearing for the applicant has bring to my notice that on 14/12/2024, the Division Bench of this Court has passed an order in Criminal Writ Petition No.654 of 2024 and directed the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Police Station Lakadganj to submit the transcript of the CCTV footage by 13/01/2025, where the role is attributed to the husband of the petitioner and the accused persons.
