He states that the Criminal Bail Application filed by the Applicant before the learned Additional Sessions Court in Sessions Case No. 316 of 2018 was rejected on 24th April 2023. He states that the proceedings of Sessions Case No. 316 of 2018 are disposed of and the Applicant herein stands convicted. 3.
