Heard Mr. Deshmukh, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Pethe, learned APP for Respondent - State. 2.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned Advocate draws the Court's attention to the order dated 20.03.2024 appended at page No.241 of the Application. This is the order was passed when the previous Bail Application of the Applicant was rejected by the Court wherein the Court categorically remarked in view of the long incarceration of the Applicant, Bail Application was not considered but a specific direction was given to the prosecution to conclude the trial within a period of six months, though six months exhausted in September 2024. 3.

Mr. Deshmukh would persuade the Court to consider that the trial is at the same stage rather standstill according to his

In that view of the matter, he would consider not only the aspect of long incarceration of the Applicant but also the fact that Applicant is indicted on the basis of circumstantial evidence for having committed murder of his wife who is the victim in the present case. 5.

Prosecution shall take appropriate instructions from the concerned Investigating Officer of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Advocate for Applicant and apprise the Court on the next adjourned date.
