Applicant is incarcerated for past more than 4 years. Prima facie instructions are that Respondent No.2 has shifted to UP and prosecution needs more time to contact Respondent No.2 to obtain her consent and comply with directions contained in order dated 27.02.2025. Considering the order passed on 10.03.2025 thereafter, the prosecution shall obtain the consent and inform the Court accordingly.
