The learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State submits that the victim is not in a position to engage a private Advocate and also in another application arising out of the same crime Advocate on Legal Panel was appointed. In that view of the matter, advocate Ms. Kanchan Pawar from Legal Aid Panel is appointed to represent the Respondent No.2. 2.
