Heard learned counsel for the Applicant, learned APP and learned counsel for Respondent No.2.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that Applicant is behind bars more than five years. Yet trial has not concluded. 3.

The learned APP submitted that trial is in progress and six witnesses have been examined. The prosecution will try to conclude the trial as early as possible.

Considering the submission of learned APP, the learned counsel
