Matter was listed on 19th August, 2025. At the end of the day, before rising of the Court, Mr. Sana Khan, learned Advocate for the Applicant mentioned the matter and sought for circulation on 21st August, 2024 for the purpose of seeking amendment to the Bail Application, by raising grounds in the context of non-furnishing of grounds of arrest.

Today, she has tendered a copy of the proposed amendment to Mr. A. A. Palkar. Mr. A. A. Palkar, learned APP for the State does not object to the proposed amendment, however reserves his right to object on merits.
