After arguing the matter for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant relief to the Applicant, Mr. Kamlesh Satre, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of one year if there is no substantial progress in the trial. Permission to withdraw is granted with the liberty as prayed. 2.

In any case, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial.
