The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that this Court has granted liberty to withdraw the application and to file afresh after nine months.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that he has not preferred any application before the Court below, and therefore, seeks liberty to file a application before the Court below, as nine months have elapsed.

In this view of the matter, as the applicant has directly approached this Court after passing of the order dated 25/09/2024. Permission is granted to withdraw the present application, with liberty to file the application before the Court below.
