By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking Bail in Crime No. 800 of 2023 registered with Mahalunge MIDC, Police Station, Pune.

Mr. A. A. Palkar, learned APP points out to the order dated 20th September, 2024 and submits that the Applicant will have to avail the liberty granted by the said order before the learned Trial Court, at the first instance.

In view of the above, Mr. Hrishikesh Giri learned Advocate for the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present Criminal Bail Application for filing a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court, in terms of the liberty granted by this Court by its order dated 20th September, 2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.3245 of 2024. Leave as prayed for is granted. If such Application is filed the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
