After some arguments, when I was not inclined to grant relief as prayed in the present Bail Application, Mr. Vipul Dushing, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application, if the trial does not progress substantially after nine months. Permission to withdraw is granted with the said liberty.
