Applicant before me is alleged to having been incarcerated for last 3 months having been in possession of alleged contraband of intermediate quantity namely 3.2 kg of ganja. 3.

Ms. Ansari would inform the Court that Applicant is 36 years old. However Ms. Ansari is unable to inform the Court about her antecedents and family details. She may inform the Court on the next adjourned date. It is seen that rigors of Section 37 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short 'NDPS Act') will not apply in the present case.
