Heard Ms. Desai, learned Advocate for Applicant; Mr. Pethe, learned APP for Respondent No.1. and Mr. Salkar, learned Advocate for Intervenor / Original Complainant.

Ms. Desai would submit that Applicant is incarcertaed since 11.05.2023 for offence punishable under Sections 302 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC'). She would persuade me to consider the medical report of Applicant appended at page No.160 of the Application. According to her Applicant is suffering from Acute Psychosis and having discomfort being lodged in the prison. 3.
Considering the medical exigency expressed by learned Advocate, Chief Medical Officer of the prison Hospital of Thane Central
7.BA.910.2025.doc Prison where Applicant has been lodged is directed to consider the report which is appended at page No.160 shall prepare a report and submit the same with respect to his medical condition so as to enable this Court to consider the present Bail Application. Learned Advocate appearing for Applicant is directed to hand over the report appended at page No.160 of the Application to the Jail Authorities directly within a period of one week from today.
