Pursuant to the order dated 05.03.2025, the Chief Medical Officer of the prison Hospital, Thane Central Prison has placed the
911.BA.910.25.doc Medical Report dated 17.03.2025 before the Court through the learned APP. Copy of the said Report is taken on record. The said Report when read, it is seen that Applicant is thermodynamically stable and receiving appropriate treatment for his ailment in the prison hospital as per the recommendation of the government hospital. 3.
In that view of the matter, the request made by Ms. Desai for the Application to be considered out of turn for hearing on medical ground is rejected.

List the Bail Application as per its turn on Board on 23rd April, 2025.
