Learned counsel for the Applicant makes statement that the Applicant is seeking bail on the ground that the Applicant had no knowledge of his act and the consequences thereof considering his mental state at the relevant time. It is submitted that the Applicant immediately after the alleged offence was arrested and kept in the Mental Hospital, Thane. He therefore, seeks directions to the prosecution to place such medical evidence on record.

Learned APP seeks time to take instructions and undertakes to produce the said papers, if available. 4.
