Heard Mr. Pandey, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Dedhia, learned APP for State.

At the outset, Mr. Pandey submits that he may be permitted to annex certain additional documents to the Application which would enure to the benefit of the Applicant's case for seeking bail. Leave to amend is granted. Amendment is permitted to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with. Copy of the amended Application shall be served on Respondents. 3.

Considering the indictment of Applicant for offences punishable under BNS and POCSO Act, issue notice to Respondents returnable on 13.03.2025. Humdast permitted. Learned APP waives service for Respondent No. 1.

In addition to service of notice through Court, learned Advocate for Applicant shall serve one extra set of papers of the present Application on the concerned Investigating Officer (IO) directly. Learned APP shall inform the IO to ensure that a responsible lady police officer is deputed and consent of Respondent No. 2 / legal guardian is accordingly obtained for legal representation if they desires through the Legal Aid and apprise the Court on the next date so that this Court can take further steps to appoint Advocate to represent and espouse the cause of Respondent No. 2. 5.
