This is an application for regular bail.

2.

The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No.380 of 2022 registered at Dindori Police Station, Dist.-Nashik for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 342, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3 read with Section 25 of the Arms Act.

According to the complainant, on the date of incident which took place on 12-11-2022, the present applicant and

4.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent/State. 5.

The bail is sought on the ground of parity. In support of the said ground, the learned counsel for the applicant has placed on record the copies of order passed by this Court dated 18.2.2025 in Bail Application No. 36 of 2025 and the order dated 15.10.2024 in Bail Application No. 127 of 2024. 6.

On the other hand, the learned A.P.P. submits that there is a recovery of gold ornaments at the instance of the present applicant. It is submitted that there are criminal antecedents against the present applicant.

7.

I have perused the orders passed by this Court. The applicant and the co-accused to whom this Court has granted bail appears to be similarly circumstanced. In that view of the matter, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail. In the result, the following order is passed.
