This is a second bail application filed by the applicant after rejection of his first bail application by order dated 10th October, 2024.

This Court by the said order permitted the applicant to file fresh bail application, if the trial is not completed within a period of one year.

The period of one year expires on 10th October, 2025, however, present bail application is filed in the month of February, 2025, which is not maintainable.

Hence the Bail Application is rejected.
