Learned Prosecutor Ms.Jagtap is unwell due to a throat infection as informed by the holding Advocate. Hence Application is kept for hearing on Monday. Prosecution shall make alternate arragement if Ms. Jagtap is unwell.

It is seen that order dated 06.03.2025 has also not been complied with which is a very serious issue noted by the Court. Learned Prosecutor is directed to comply with the directions given in the order dated 06.03.2025. It is clarified that no further time shall be granted to the prosecution for filing the Affidavit-in-Reply and matter will be heard.
