Applicant is incarcerated in prison since 11.09.2017 in an offence punishable under Section 302 and other allied Sections of IPC. What impels the Court to consider his Application is his long incarceration coupled with the fact that he is 68 years old. 3.

Learned Prosecutor appearing in the matter is directed by the Court to place on record a copy of chargesheet as also apprise the status of trial on the next adjourned date to enable this Court to consider the Application of Applicant for grant of bail. 4.
