Perused the order dated 6th March 2026, where the statement of the learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant has been recorded that he will press the present Bail Application after the evidence of the victim is recorded.

Today, when the matter was called out, the learned Advocate for the Applicant informs that till date papers of the Sessions Case has not been placed before the Trial Court and therefore, the evidence of the victim has not been recorded. However, he submits that on instructions he will withdraw the present Bail Application Sonali

1-BA-955-2025.DOC and liberty be granted to file a fresh Bail Application after the evidence of the victim is recorded.

The submissions and the statement of the learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant is fair enough and therefore, instead of keeping the present Bail Application pending, the learned Advocate is permitted to withdraw the same with liberty that after the evidence of the victim is recorded and if the Applicant desires to file a fresh Bail Application, then the said liberty is kept open and the Applicant can file a fresh Bail Application accordingly. 4.

In view of this, the Bail Application stands disposed off as withdrawn.
