The applicant has filed this application on the ground of delay in trial.

The status report was called and on 18.9.2025 the Sessions Court has submitted it.

It appears that the complainant is not available to give the evidence since 2023. Non-bailable warrant was also issued against the complainant. An assurance is given by the Sessions Court to complete the trial within a period of three months. As the Sessions Court has given the said assurance, liberty is granted to the applicant to apply after a period of three months, excluding the period of vacation. 4.

Application stands disposed of.
