Heard Mr. Peje, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Ganapathy, learned APP for Respondent.

Learned Advocate would inform the Court that case of present Applicant is identical to that of co-accused who has been enlarged on bail by order dated 21.02.2025 appended at page No.74 of the Application. He would submit that identical variance appears in the case of present Applicant also in so far memorandum panchnama if juxtaposed with Inventory Panchnama if seen. He would submit that at the time of confiscation and seizure the weight of alleged contraband namely Mephedrone is shown as 55.53 grams but the Inventory Panchnama records it as 70 grams.

Since Court has taken cognizance of the above issue in the case of co-accused, the prosecution is directed to confirm the

3.BA.960.2025.doc submissions made by Mr. Peje in so far present Applicant's role and confiscation of contraband from present Applicant is concerned and accordingly apprise the Court on the next adjourned date. 4.
