Applicant is indicted under provisions of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC') and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short 'POCSO Act').

Issue notice to private Respondent No.2. Humdast permitted. In addition to Court's notice, Applicant is directed to serve a copy of this order and copy of the Application on the Investigating Officer directly.

Ms. Newton, learned APP appears for Respondent No.1 and waives service on behalf of Respondent No.1.

Investigating Officer is directed by this Court to depute a

Considering the long incarceration of Applicant for more than 5 years and 3 months and facts in the matter which are argued by Ms. Shaikh, present matter shall be dealt expeditiously which may be noted by the prosecution.
