The present application is filed for grant of regular bail.

The Hon'ble Supreme Court has granted liberty to the applicant to renew his request, if the charges are not framed within a period of three months from the date of the order, i.e., 06/03/2025. Instead of filing application before the trial Court, the applicant has directly filed the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (BNSS) before this Court.

Therefore, learned counsel appearing for applicant seeks withdrawal of present application, with liberty to file application before Sessions Court under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023.
