She states that liberty is sought in view of the order dated 15.01.2025 passed in Sessions Case No.130 of 2024 on the file of Additional Session Judge, Khed, Pune.

In view of the statement made by the Applicant on instructions from the Applicant, leave granted to withdraw Bail Application No.978 of 2025 with liberty to approach the learned Sessions Court.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the subject matter and in the event any Application for Bail is filed before the learned Sessions Court, the same shall be dealt on its own merits and in accordance with law. 4.

In view of the above, Bail Application No.978 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.
