By the present application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, Applicant is seeking bail in connection with C. R. No.137 of 2024 registered with Faujdar Chawadi Police Station, for the offences punishable under Section 395 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 along with Section 4 read with Section 25 of the Arms Act,1959 and Section 135 of Maharashtra Police Act, 1951.

Mr. Advait Shukla learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions form the Applicant submits that in the event the

31-ba-980-2025.doc prosecution makes their stand clear on the number of witnesses to be examined, the Applicant would not press the present bail application.

Mr. T. G. Khan, learned APP for the State, on instruction from the Investigation Officer states that the prosecution shall examine five (5) witnesses in addition to the witnesses already examined and close their evidence. Statement is accepted. 5.

In view of the statement of Mr. Khan, that the prosecution would be closing their evidence after examining 5 more witnesses, learned Advocate on instruction from the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present bail application.

In view of the above Bail Application No.980 of 2025 is disposed off.
