After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, when this Court is not inclined to grant bail, the learned counsel for applicant seeks withdrawal of the present application. However, he prays that as the applicant is in Jail since 30.11.2023, the trial be expedited and in case the trial does not conclude within one year, the applicant be granted liberty to apply for bail. 3.

Considering above facts, permission is granted to withdraw the present application. The learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within one year as the applicant is in Jail since 30.11.2023.
