After hearing some time, when this Court shows disinclination to grant any relief, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to approach before the Trial Court once again by filing a fresh application, as the present application has been filed in the month of June, 2025, however, thereafter evidence of material witness namely Satish Deulkar has been examined.
