It is seen from the record that the order dated 16th June 2021 was passed in the context of granting temporary bail on account of the COVID-19 pandemic situation. It further appears that the substantive application for regular bail, as filed by the applicant under Section 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, has not yet been adjudicated on merits by the learned Sessions Judge. In these circumstances, this Court refrains from entering into the merits of the present bail plea. However, liberty is granted to the applicant to move an appropriate application for regular bail before the learned Sessions Judge. If such an application is made, the learned Sessions Judge shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law and on its own merits.

In view of the above, the present bail application is disposed of with liberty as granted to the applicant hereinabove. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
