Heard Mr. Panchange, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Karmakar, learned APP for Respondent.

Mr. Panchange would persuade the Court to consider the long incarceration of Applicant in present case. 3.

Learned APP is directed to take appropriate instructions on trial considering that Applicant is incarcerated from 15.07.2021 in case under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 wherein prima facie it is seen that there was a precursor incident to incident in question which led to the death of 15 years old juvenile at hands of Applicant. 4.
