2) Mr. Ponda, learned Senior Advocate produced the Order dated 03/11/2025 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Paragraph Nos.2 and 3 of the said Order read thus :- " However, we have been informed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that after prolonged adjournments, the matter is once again scheduled to be listed on 06th November, 2025 before the High Court.
Considering the aforesaid submission, we request the High Court to dispose of the pending matter on the said date and, if not possible, on the next date of hearing. "
