Mr. Shailesh Kharat, learned Advocate for the Applicant had circulated this Application on the ground of breach of the provisions of Section 47 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS" for short). Today when the matter is called out, Ms. Veera Shinde, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent has shown a copy of the notice dated 22nd December 2024 issued under Section 47 of the BNSS, which has signature of the Applicant. 3.

Faced with this situation, Mr. Shailesh Kharat, learned Advocate submits that he has other grounds to urge in support of Gitalaxmi

18-BA-1020-2025.doc the present Bail Application. He has tendered compilation of the documents, which is taken on record and marked as "X Colly." for identification.

Ms. Veera Shinde, learned A.P.P. submits that the matter is today circulated on the ground of urgency pertaining to illegal detention for want of service of the notice dated 22nd December 2024 issued under Section 47 of the BNSS to the Applicant. She submits that there is no case of urgency to give preference to the Applicant. She submits that similar Bail Applications are scheduled on 16th July 2025 and therefore, requests that the present Bail Application also be taken up on 16th July 2025. 5.
