After advancing arguments for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant relief to the Applicant, Mr. Gaurav Bhawnani, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, sought leave to withdraw the present Bail Application. Permission to withdraw is granted. 2.

However, he submits that since 17th December 2024, the prosecution is examining only the first witness, i.e., P.W.1. 4th November 2025

In the above circumstances, it is necessary to direct the Trial Court concerned to conclude the trial expeditiously and preferably within a period of 6 months from the date on which the present order is placed before it.

It is also made clear that the prosecution shall not seek any adjournment henceforth, causing delay in the trial for any reason, which is within their control.
