After arguing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant relief, Mr. Hamidullah Khan, learned counsel for the Applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application.

The Applicant was arrested on 5th April, 2024, and has undergone incarceration for almost two years. 28th January 2026

Considering the period of incarceration, the Trial Court is requested to frame the charges within a period of three months from the date on which this order is placed before it.

The Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh bail application after six months, if there is no progress in the trial and charges are not framed.
