Considering the indictment of Applicant for offences punishable under IPC, POCSO Act & Juvenile Justice Act, learned APP is directed by the Court to obtain consent of Respondent No. 2 through the Investigating Officer (IO) in the present case for legal representation, if so required by the victim. Though the learned Advocate has informed the Court that a copy has been served on Respondent No. 2 directly, nevertheless the Advocate for the Applicant is directed to serve a fresh set of papers on the concerned Investigating Officer (IO) forthwith.
