The applicant has filed this application for grant of bail on the ground of delay in trial.

The applicant has stated that he is in jail since last 5 years. The evidence is over. The statement under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. is also recorded and arguments are over.

The matter is pending before trial Court for say of the learned A.P.P. on the application filed by the applicant for speedy trial since 11 months.
