Learned Advocate for Applicant brings to the notice of the Court that the following order was passed today morning during granting circulation for matters which is uploaded in the present Application and it has been inadvertently passed:- "1.

Heard Mr. Shah, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Haldankar, learned APP for State.

Mr. Shah on instructions informs the Court that since chargesheet is filed after filing of the present Bail Application, he has instructions to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application. In view thereof, Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for."

There was some apparent mistake and inadvertence on the part of the Court in passing the above order for withdrawal which did

12.BA.1071.25.doc not pertain to this case. This Application was heard by the Court and it was directed to be listed on 28.03.2025 on which date, Bail Application of an other co-accused is also being heard by the Court. 5.

In that view of the matter, the order passed today morning is directed to be recalled.

List the Bail Application on Board on 28th March, 2025 at 02:30 p.m.
