The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that two accused persons, namely, Mohd. Faisal S/o Mohd. Afzal and Mohd. Aslam S/o Mohd. Munnawar @ Jani, have been granted bail by the learned Judge, Special Court, NDPS Act, Nagpur. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant further submits that he will also approach the Court below by raising all grounds, including the noncommunication of the grounds of arrest, and therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present

11-Cr.BA-1074-1075-2025 application, with liberty to file an application before the Court below.
