Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable on 14.10.2025. 3.

Mr. V.A. Thakare, learned A.P.P. waives notice for the non-applicant/State.

The applicants have filed this application for grant of bail and also for extension of temporary bail granted to them vide Criminal Application (BA) No.264/2025 for a period of one year. 5.

The learned Senior Advocate for the applicants has stated that applicants were granted temporary bail as the applicant No.1 has to undergo kidney transplantation and the applicant No.2, who is the wife of applicant No.1, is a donor and the operation is scheduled on 13.10.2025. The period of temporary bail which was granted will expire on 4.10.2025.

The learned Senior Advocate has stated that this Court has earlier released the co-accused on regular bail on same medical ground.

Considering the fact that there is an urgency, the temporary bail granted to the applicants in Criminal Application No.264/2025 is extended for a further period of six months, on the same terms and conditions.
