Heard Mr. Deshmukh, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Bajoria, learned APP for Respondent - State.

Applicant stands indicted for the offences punishable under IPC and Special Act. Though on the previous date i.e. on 13.03.2025, prosecution was directed to file its affidavit in reply, that order has not been complied yet. Prosecution is directed to file its affidavit in reply within a period of four weeks from today. It is clarified that though the time stands extended, it is also observed by this Court that the orders passed by the Court are not complied with by the prosecution. This is one such case.
